After School Sports Performance
Our High School Elite program at Beyond Strength in Falmouth, ME, is centered on a model of athletic development, laying the foundation for athletic performance, skill acquisition and durability in sport and life.
Mobility, strength, power, speed and agility are addressed to maximize performance and reduce injury. Each session will be broken down into 2 blocks.
The first block starts us off with active mobility, dynamic warm up, linear and lateral speed development and plyometric training for explosiveness.
Our second block of each training session focuses on the development of foundational strength and conditioning for optimal athletic performance.
We have classes available after school Monday - Friday at 3PM or 4PM, as well as Semi-Private membership options with a custom program and more flexible training times.
