Peter Clark, ATC, CSCS 
Peter received his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from the University of Southern Maine in 2003. He is Certified Athletic Trainer through the National Athletic Trainers Association as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

As an athletic trainer and strength coach, Peter believes that proper athlete preparation is absolutely essential not only for top athletic performance but injury prevention and life long health as well.  His approach to performance training follows a developmental model which addresses fundamental human movement and motor learning progressions which will foster a more resilient athlete with a decreased risk of injury.

Ryan Montemurro,

Ryan attended Lasell University in Newton, MA, where he played soccer all four years. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2015. He later completed his Masters degree in Nutrition and Human Performance. Ryan has MS. RP CNC-L1, CF-L2, and IYC performance coach L1 certifications.


Ryan's 'why' is his driving force. His passion lies in helping a diverse range of athletes, from beginners to elite-level athletes, achieve their fitness or sport-related goals. He believes in the power of proper strength and conditioning coaching to transform aspirations into achievements.
