The Adult Strength program is perfect for everyone from beginner to advanced. We offer 1:1 personal training, small group training and semi-private training sessions for any fitness level. Emphasizing fundamental movement skills, mobility, and the application of proper strength training techniques each class or session consists of a comprehensive dynamic warm-up, total body strength and finishes with metabolic conditioning to get you in the best shape of your life!
Beyond Strength has trained countless high school athletes through state and national championships, as well as guide them on their journey to collegiate teams.
Each comprehensive session will include flexibility, mobility, active dynamic warm-up, plyometric training for explosiveness and a heavy emphasis on developing the foundation of strength needed for optimal athletic performance.
For the athlete or client with acute or chronic injuries, work with our highly skilled and qualified Athletic Trainers to evaluate and treat injuries. With over 15 years of clinical experience we can get you back to 100% faster, and prevent re-injury through continued strength and conditioning training.
