High School Performance
Strength is the fundamental athletic quality from which all other qualities are developed.
At Beyond Strength’s High School Elite program in Falmouth, ME, we focus on comprehensive athletic development designed to build a solid foundation for long-term performance, skill mastery, and durability both in sports and life. Our approach targets mobility, strength, power, speed, and agility to enhance performance while minimizing injury risk.
Each session is divided into two focused blocks. The first block emphasizes active mobility, dynamic warm-ups, linear and lateral speed work, and plyometric exercises to develop explosiveness. The second block centers on building foundational strength and conditioning essential for peak athletic performance.
Many coaches liken strength to a glass, with other athletic qualities representing the water inside it. The bigger the glass, the more qualities can be supported. Before developing strength, however, it’s critical to establish a stable platform from which to build—this is the bedrock of our training philosophy at Beyond Strength.
